NOTE

Just some advice. Remember when using flavor water mixes you watch the calories. Some are free some are like 2 or 5 calories. Remember those add up unless you do the shake dance when mixing them up. Yep that is what I said, move from side to side and shake those hips. Use both arms and shake shake shake! Get alittle excerise and have alittle flavor. Lol

Day 11

Hi all, Today was a great diet day. For bfast I had a sugar free organic Banana. Nut muffin and a iced coffee. It was only about 400 calories total. So good and I was full which is great. Lunch I had a homemade Chicken wrap. Spinach Tortilla, serving size of sour cream, cheese and chicken. Then I added a TON of salad mix and top with organic salsa. It was fantastic and the best part only 425 calories. I did have a van of Pepsi for 150 and 15 Wheat Thins for 160. Tons of water and by lunch I had only 1135 calories. For dinner I made my own creation. Turkey sausage, whole wheat pasta, seasoning and olive oil. I had one cup which is only 335 calories. So I am at 1470 calories for the day and feeling awesome about it. The best thing about it is that even though I wasn’t able to get excercise in I am still under my calorie goal and that is good.

Did you know that you can get work out videos from net flix ? I found that put yesterday and order a biggest loser tape. I figure this way I can find a good video because with winter coming driving in the snow is not my favorite thing to do. So why not rent the videos and yet them out until I get my wii. Lol. Well I am off to get some chores done. Thank you to everyone for support.

Day 6, 7, 8, 9 and TODAY 10

Hello, So I have been a bad blogger. I promised to post everyday and in the first week I broke the promise. I am truely sorry.  But to update you on the last few days.

Friday and the weekend was ok. I say ok because it very had to stick to a routine when your hours of work change. OH right most of you dont know this but on Friday and Saturday nights I work a hotel doing the night auditor position. This shift is from 11pm to 7 am and isnt to much fun. My weakness is in this shift is by 2 or 3am I am so hungry and I usually snack. This weekend I did go prepared. Friday night I had dinner at the house. I made Orange Chicken from Trader Joes and Brown Rice with lots of vegs. When I went to work I took the left overs and a protein shake. The night went ok. I ended up having a pepsi and some Cheezits around 3 in the morning. I needed the caffine and the damn cheezits were calling my name. Saturday on the way home I stopped at Walmart for some items and Trader Joes. When I got home I made a Egg sandwich and a small glass of water. I then slept for the rest of the day. I ended up getting up around 4 and doing some house cleaning and having a salad for dinner. Saturday night went good. I ended up having another pepsi but I ate my leftover from friday for dinner. It was really good and I left most of the rice. Sunday we had Egg Sandwiches for bfast and I ended up having a coffee for lunch. Sunday night we had chicken that I had put in the crock pot earlier that day. We made Chicken burittos. Just one and I put lots of salad inside.  Yesterday, I did ok. I had a protein shake for b-fast and California for lunch. MMMM so good. I had Chicken burritto again for dinner.

So overall its been good. I am sticking to the calories and trying to just eat healthier everyday. Its a step I need to take. =o)

Day 5

This morning was awesome. I did have a coffee which was 235 calories with skim milk for breakfast. Around 9 I had my Protein shake which is 200 calories. So I am doing really good. I took a 15 min break which I normally never do and walked around the office and equipment yard. I was able to go around 2twice. Which is about 1/4 of a mile. It was really good. Well more information later. I am off to lunch. Thinking thin…. HUggs.

Day 4

Today has been a great day. I had toast and coffee bean ice blended. I started to get hungry around 1130 and my energy went way down. So ended up rushing to lunch and had left over lasanga. So tonight I thought I would make it simple and keep those calories in check. So had California rolls and a salad. Had a serving size of madarian sauce from panda express a bottle I bought awhile ago. It was so good on my salad and a tablespoon of for my rolls and it was awesome. Loving it!

Day 3

Well day 3 started off a great day. Had a piece of toast and my protien shake. I was doing good. Then drama at home happened and I didn’t eat lunch and ended up eating a three cheese pasta bowl from Dominos. So went over my calories and that was that.

End of Day 2

Hello all,
Well today seemed to go pretty well. I came home and made Trader Joes Chicken Lasanga. So good. I had my 1/3 of a serving and had a slice of bread toasted with alittle bit of butter, sprinkle of garlic garlic seasoning from Tastefully simple and a sprinkle of cheese. SO awesome. I ended up just under 2000 calories. My only two down falls were no enough water and no exercise. Time to start stepping it up.

HINT for the day. Never give up the things you love, just find the balance.

Well I caved and had some chips and salsa. But just a serving size. 235 calories. Total 918 Cals

Good Morning,

Well this morning has been a werid one. Not only did I get less sleep then I was hoping but I am full full full. I started taking the Jillian Micheals Detox and Cleanse pills yesterday. They are interesting. I take 2 in the morning with a glass of water and 2 in the evening with a glass of water. I thought that I would be in the bathroom 24/7 but not at all. This morning, I put together a breakfast of 2 pieces of toast and  8oz glass of my coffee bean coffee mix. Total of 443 calories. After eating my toast and only half of my coffee I was full and didnt even think about food. I finally had to go to lunch and went home to have 6oz of chicken left over from last night and a salad. I mixed it up with a 1 tablespoon of mardarian sauce as the dressing and it was sooo good. (lunch 240 calories). So I am looking at only 683 calories for the day. I have drank 2 out of 8 cups of water I need too. I am STUFFED!! I even open my drawer here at work to find a half of bag of cheezits. My weakness other then pepsi. I opened it and was about to take one then told myself ” Are you really hungry or just wanting to eat”. I was able to control myself and I put them away. Which is a good thing because my stomach is really FULL!!  Will check in later with an update. Think less…

Day 1

Today was the first day of my new life. After 32 years of being overweight it is time to take a stand and work harder to take this weight off and keep it off. I have really almost done everything under the sun to lose weight. To be honest a lot has worked and then I got Lazy. Like most of us we plan for a complete change in life but then we eat the piece of cake at the party. We eat the whole container of Ice Cream for diner. We start to lazy and we wat out. Well I am tired of being lazy. I considered the surgery but even then they want me to lose weight. So now as most of us we are surrounded by weight loss solutions. Atleast thats what they claim. Biggest Loser- who has the time and time to go to a ranch for 3 plus months. Most family members dont. You have pills, you have shakes… you have everything out there. BUT in the past 32 years I have found that it needs to start with you and you need to make the change.

SO I have set out on a challenge. I have set out to lose 100 lbs in one year. Now ofcourse I want to lose more but lets keep this realistic. I have ordered my big butt scale and I have started with a detox/cleanse. My goal is to use alittle of what I know.. I little of what the trainers on biggest loser know.. and out it together for a affordable way to lose the weight and not to be lazy.

SO I start Day 1 at 487 lbs. Size 36 pants. Here I go.

FYI- This blog is to help encouraged me to stay on track. Its to help me be positive and work this out. In the end it might just motivate someone else.
